In her current role, Raji operates as a Business Strategist and Senior Search Professional, providing valuable assistance to organizations in targeted professional headhunting within specific sectors and designated companies. She is deeply involved in the development and implementation of innovative hiring practices, engagement initiatives, and grassroots-level skill-building.
