ANITHA.J Honourable Secretary , Head HR – L&T Edutech

Anitha Jayapal, with a postgraduate degree in HR, has two decades of HR experience across various industries. She is currently Head HR at Larsen and Toubro – Edutech. Previously, she was Head of HR for Mobility Solutions, Head of DEI, and Employee Experience at Bosch Global Software Technologies. Her extensive career includes roles at Hansen Drives (ZF), Pricol Limited, Geedee Weiler, and Precot Mills Ltd. Anitha is a diversity enthusiast, coach, and advisor with expertise in employee relations, engagement, and industrial relations. She has won several awards, including the Women Leader Award, and is involved in numerous professional bodies and community services.
Anitha has held various positions in the retiral board, welfare trust & POSH Committee. Apart from designated role at L&T , she was a  part of professional bodies CII Co Convenor in HR&IR Panel Coimbatore , NASSCOM, CMA and honorary secretary in ISTD- Coimbatore chapter. She is passionate in community services and a nature lover.
