Rajalakshmi Subramanian, a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of rich professional experience in doing pioneering work in the field of Talent Acquisition & Business Management. Her academic profile includes Graduation in Banking Management and Postgraduate in Human Resource Management (MHRM).

Raji, as she is better known in the professional circles, is currently being the Executive Director-Corporate Strategy at Career Tree HR Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Consulting firm known for spotting & providing quality talent and facilitating turnaround initiatives (HR & OD) across India.

In addition, she also plays the role of a Senior Search Professional helping organizations to headhunt targeted professionals (or) from targeted companies. She spends considerable time in developing and implementing innovative hiring practices, engagement and skill building at the grassroots level.
