It was a well structured presentation with practical case studies on coaching people for success and improvement. As we all know, coaching is something that has not been adopted widely in Indian organizations. There are some organizations that have started adopting this methodology for leadership development. The question I would like to throw open is ‘how effective do you think coaching will be in the Indian environment and considering the kind of cost involved, is it a practical approach and do you think the returns will be attractive enough for the HR leaders to invest on coaching as an intervention in their organizations’.
