Through her L&D trajectory, she works with Companies and Colleges towards transformative offerings. Through her NGO, she works on Diversity and Inclusion for marginalized sector. She is also a Govt. of India empanelment certified PoSH Consultant (Trainer & External Member). She is a certified POCSO Trainer too. She has won more than 30 prestigious awards, addresses in leading forums and has appeared in media as well.
